Description: Quantum TechDocs Create and administer/monitor users and their activity and report generation

Functional Requirements:

1. Role-based access control

2. On login of Administrator, admin will have admin dash board where administrator can create users and assign them as an Operator or Maintainer etc.

3. Admin can create and delete users

4. Admin can access the user history and user log in history

5. Only Administrator can take print outs

6. Every print has water mark of date, time etc

7. Backup (256 AES encrypted) and restore can be done by administrator

8. Admin can create interactivity i.e. hotspots and hyperlink
